    Founder & Executive Director

    Erin Perry is the Founder and Executive Director of The After Chapter Inc. Drawing from lived experience in recovery and system navigation, Erin established the organization to provide meaningful peer support for individuals rebuilding their lives after addiction and incarceration. Erin is committed to expanding recovery coaching, reentry services, and family reunification support throughout Erie County and surrounding rural communities.

  • Mishol Randolph, CRS

    Mishol Randolph serves as President of the Board of Directors and is a Certified Recovery Specialist. As a person in recovery, Mishol brings both lived experience and professional peer support training to the organization. She also has experience with family reunification and navigating the family court system. She is essential for helping parents rebuild relationships with their children and families following addiction or incarceration.

    John Swabb serves as Vice President of the Board and is a Certified Recovery Specialist. John brings both lived experience in recovery and peer support training to help expand recovery resources and strengthen support networks for individuals navigating early recovery.

  • Ronda Nicholes

    Treasurer

    Ronda Nicholes serves as Treasurer of The After Chapter Inc., providing financial oversight and guidance for the organization. Ronda previously worked as the director and bookkeeper at Rice Ave Community Public Library with over 25 years of bookkeeping experience, she currently works as a real estate agent. bringing extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and nonprofit governance.

    Breann Stoddard serves as Board Secretary and contributes valuable lived experience in recovery. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and supports the organization through board coordination, record keeping, and organizational governance.

Reentry Support Specialist with experience assisting individuals navigating the pardon process and reintegration following incarceration.

CRS

Certified Recovery Specialist assisting individuals in recovery through peer mentorship and support.

Aalysa Vannucci

Board member

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Bringing family experience and community insight to our organization. Aalysa also assists us with creating the bridge for transitional youth.

Kelly Kruize

LPN

Licensed practical nurse providing healthcare insight and guidance related to recovery support and community health needs.

Argus Kepple

Recovery advocate contributing lived experience and community engagement in support of the organization’s mission.
